Merging PDFs

Bindery combines several PDFs into one, with a drag-and-drop interface. Everything runs locally — your files never leave your Mac.

  • Drag PDFs straight from Finder into the window, or use Add files.
  • Add many at once — batch selection is supported.
  • Each file shows its name, size, page count, and date.

Bindery handles large documents (PDFs up to ~100 MB each).

  • Reorder by dragging rows into the sequence you want — that’s the order pages appear in the output.
  • Sort the list by filename, size, date, or page count to find things fast.
  • Remove a single file, or clear all to start over.
  1. Get the order right.
  2. Click Merge.
  3. Choose where to save the combined PDF.

A progress indicator shows the work; on completion you’ll have a single merged file.

Bindery supports VoiceOver, full keyboard navigation, and high-contrast display.

Bindery runs in the macOS App Sandbox and processes everything on your Mac — no data collection, no uploads.
