Merging PDFs
Bindery combines several PDFs into one, with a drag-and-drop interface. Everything runs locally — your files never leave your Mac.
Add files
Section titled “Add files”- Drag PDFs straight from Finder into the window, or use Add files.
- Add many at once — batch selection is supported.
- Each file shows its name, size, page count, and date.
Bindery handles large documents (PDFs up to ~100 MB each).
Organize the merge order
Section titled “Organize the merge order”- Reorder by dragging rows into the sequence you want — that’s the order pages appear in the output.
- Sort the list by filename, size, date, or page count to find things fast.
- Remove a single file, or clear all to start over.
- Get the order right.
- Click Merge.
- Choose where to save the combined PDF.
A progress indicator shows the work; on completion you’ll have a single merged file.
